About

Built inside a real product, not for a demo.

Mailkeeper didn't start as a generic ESP looking for customers. It started as the infrastructure one product needed to survive on email — and grew into a service for anyone who needs the same thing.

Where we started

Born inside a product, not a pitch deck.

We first built Mailkeeper from within a real product — one that depended on email marketing to retain users and grow revenue. That product needed a service that could close absolutely every need: validation, warm-up, risk management, infrastructure, reporting, all of it, without stitching together five different tools.

It also needed to minimize risk and let the team make changes fast — a new subject line test, a sending logic tweak, a routing change — without waiting weeks or risking the domain's reputation to try something new.

That's the discipline Mailkeeper was built under: infrastructure meant to run email marketing for years, not a quarter. When it worked for the product we built it for, we opened it up as a service.

What that means for you

Three things a generic ESP can't offer.

Everything below comes from having run this infrastructure for a live product first — not from a feature roadmap built to compete with other ESPs. That also means we've built a real understanding of product metrics, not just email metrics, working across products in different niches.

Diversified by design

Mailkeeper runs on a diversified infrastructure spanning multiple providers and MTAs. If one provider has an outage or gets blacklisted, your sending keeps moving on another — because we needed that resilience ourselves.

Turnkey, start to finish

Email validation, domain warm-up, risk-based sending and infrastructure setup — delivered end-to-end, because building it piecemeal from separate vendors was exactly the problem we were solving for ourselves.

A full team, not a ticket queue

Marketers, analysts, developers and QA engineers who've spent over a decade in email, embedded fully in your product rather than running a generic playbook from the outside. That immersion is a real part of what makes the difference.

The team

People who've solved this before.
